IN-STUDIO - Express Ashtanga Foundations
see all reviewsDid the Sunday morning Ashtanga express and enjoyed it! It’s described as the fundamentals and think that’s accurate - beginners would feel welcome here but someone who has done Ashtanga before would still enjoy the pared down primary sequence and getting to skip jump backs and forwards if desired. Carlotta was lovely and very encouraging, offering assists and advice throughout. It might not be intense enough for a hardcore Ashtangi, but for the rest of us it was a wonderful start to a Sunday

I haven't done formal training in over a decade, but hitting Hot Fit UES completely crushed any hesitation I had. Coach Joyce is an absolute powerhouse. She brings the perfect blend of elite energy, meticulous form correction, and genuine motivation. She met me exactly where I was at while pushing me to realize I had a lot more left in the tank than I thought. The workout is brutal in the best way possible. It is efficient, intense, and dripping with sweat, but the atmosphere keeps you completely locked in. If you are looking to restart your fitness journey, this is the spot. I will absolutely be back. Coach Joyce is the truth!

see all reviewsThe instructor was great! However this company does NOT take class pass & the instructor who is also the owner informed me that he stopped doing class pass years ago because it was not worth it for him. He told me that he told class pass he cannot keep accepting clients in this way & to remove his gym from class pass. Class pass failed to remove him. Anyways He was kind enough to still let me stay for just today due to him missing a few people in his class. Please fix this mistake because us class pass members don’t want to miss out on our credits by using it for classes that do not even exist.

see all reviewsAndrew (front desk staff) was very helpful and accommodating from beginning to end, answering all my questions and ensuring everything was set up smoothly. I also tried their Ballet Barre and Tai Chi classes—both were small, intimate sessions with a maximum of six students, allowing for more personalized attention and corrections when needed. The classes are suitable for all levels, but what stood out to me was how well they catered to seniors. Most of the participants were 60 and older, which made the environment feel welcoming and inclusive. I've already started recommending it to my friends, and I’ll definitely be back!" 🙏🏼
