She created a very welcoming, judgment-free environment that made me feel comfortable from the start. The music was great, and she explained everything clearly and thoroughly. Whenever anyone needed help, she was always there to offer guidance, corrections, and helpful pointers. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be booking another class with her!

see all reviewsThis was a type of Pilates I never experienced before first of all imma keep coming bc everyone in there is soooo snatched )( literally no matter what size they are! Second of all the instructor was so nice and commutative throwout the whole session I loved it soooo much the place parking is a bit different but I don’t mind as long as I get a space the room is a bit smaller than what I’m used to but it’s okay it seemed like everyone knew what they were doing but I wouldn’t recommend coming in late 10/10 experience and also instructor even tho there was a sub
