So thrilled that Wendy is still here and offering her amazing classes and guidance. I have learned the most from her than any other teacher, from achieving a proper chatarunga 15 years ago to sirsasana. I learn something new each time. This time she taught such a creative flow of side bending and twists that got me to really feel my spine strength. Just fantastic. And the assists are also so phenomenal.
