see all reviewsI’ve only taken a handful of classes at Sacred Yoga, and the warm power flow with Ashley was by far my favorite! Even though it was a power flow, it was still a very mindful, gentle flow and very well thought-out sequence. I appreciated that the flow wasn’t too hot but I still sweat! Sacred Yoga seems like a very beginner-friendly studio. I liked the extra push in the power flow and will definitely be back 💯

Bailey helped me a lot with corrections to relieve the tension in my back. It was great after a long week of sitting at a desk. I will definitely be going again.

see all reviewsI have been looking for a reformer class that was more challenging and this was exactly it! Tia is an awesome instructor!! She gives great corrections and wants the moves to be intentional. Studio is small, gives small private session feel. I do wish the music was a little more upbeat but I feel like it went with the vibe of the studio on mellow vibes
