A lot of classes don’t do enough true full body stretching & tend to focus more on the breath work/relaxation aspect but in this class you will absolutely feel like you truly put in the work for a great stretch & it’s still just as relaxing. My body feels great—thank you!

My only issue is that no one checked to see if the locker room was empty prior to coming in to clean. The first person that came in was a woman so I had no issue being there while I got dressed and gathered my things but then a man entered and she did not alert him that I was there even after seeing me and yell or say anything to allow women in the locker room to know that a man was entering. He was kind and apologized and that’s an easy fix.
