see all reviewsi’ve been coming to the studio for over a year now and I think this yoga sculpt class with Cara was one of my favorite classes that I have taken yet. Cara was encouraging while still being kind and really focused on mobility and strength. I felt like this class was the perfect pace for me especially so early in the morning!
