see all reviewsHad such a good first-time experience at Pilates Lab with Reformer Pilates class The instructor was good, guiding me through the movements and correcting my posture to make sure I was doing everything properly. Loved the studio (although a bit small), the atmosphere, and the excellent facilities! Definitely a great way to start the morning with the morning class. Feeling the burn, embracing the shake, and already looking forward to the next session.
