How do you do Toe Stand Pose?

  • Step 1

    Begin in a standing posture, then raise your right foot onto your left thigh. Hold your palms in a prayer position, centered on your chest.

  • Step 2

    Bend forward at the hips, keeping your right leg bent and your standing leg straight, until your hands reach the floor.

  • Step 3

    Slowly bend your knee and sit down on your left heel, putting your weight on the ball of your foot.

  • Step 4

    Bring your hands away from the floor one at a time and move them into prayer position.
