see all reviewsI attended a beginner Pilates class, and it was fantastic! My legs turned to jelly walking down the stairs afterward, which shows how effective the workout was. Lainey, the instructor, is amazing—she pays close attention to everyone’s posture and offers personalized guidance. She also mentioned that there was no class after ours, so we could stay back to stretch if we wanted to, with no rush. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

I could feel muscles working I never knew how to localise and work before. Class was intimate enough that Michelle was able to correct my form and make sure I was going okay. Michelle is lovely, and would highly recommend this class for anyone at any level; beginner, intermediate or advanced.

I didn’t participate in the upper body part because I have pole dance after and also I lift really heavy for upper so I couldn’t feel it and don’t want the instructor to think I’m disrespectful haha. Just didn’t apply for my goals. After years off cardio I have a lot of work to do but she lets you go at your own pace so I’m sure I will get better at it over time. I like music a little louder but understand a lot of people hate that so have to compromise haha

I did my first ever class today & the instructor made me feel SO comfortable and supported, I felt I could go at my own pace and really pushed myself past what I thought I was capable of. As hard as it was, I would definitely go back purely because of how kind the interactions were and how positively welcoming the energy was.
