I come to Pilates to ground so was finding it very difficult to be present. It would be great if next time, she was told to put her phone on silent. Thanks!

Also special mention to her cool downs, I wish more instructors did this - lights off, calming cool downs rather than a rushed one. Shelley needs to do more evening classes at Essence 🙏🏼☺️
