I recently took a class here, and I was blown away by the perfect balance of spin cycling, HIIT with battle ropes and kettlebells, and a calming yoga session to wrap it all up. It was my first time doing a workout like this, and Miranda made me feel so welcome and supported throughout the entire experience. Her kindness and encouragement helped me push through and really enjoy the workout. The classmates were super friendly and created such a positive environment, which made the experience even better. I also loved how easy it was to dial up or down the intensity for each part of the workout. This made it accessible for everyone, regardless of fitness level, so no one was left behind. The studio is clean, well-organized, and has a great vibe, with upbeat music and a friendly community atmosphere.
