Gloves and hand wraps are required for all classes. If you have your own, bring them. If you don’t, we sell all the equipment you need at the club.

Free parking will be across the street. Lockers are free! Heavy bags are first come first serve so get in early to pick your favorite. - All first-time visitors must arrive 20-30 mins prior to the scheduled class.
