Enjoy safe personalized instruction- We introduced Sensory Alignment Training to optimize your learning experience and RESULTS! Trainers will honor your space and guide you with innovative techniques to deepen your understanding of the method and ignite your mind-body connection.
Extra sanitation
All surfaces will be disinfected before and after every class, including class equipment and common touch areas.Hand Sanitizer and Wipes are readily available throughout the space.
