I felt like my inner child came out. It was super beginner friendly and Sarah wasn’t pushy about doing the exercises either, because she understood I was a beginner so even though I couldn’t do some of the exercises I kept trying and she kept making sure to check up on me and help if needed.It was a super fun way to work out. The studio space is long and dimly lit. They provide mats, towels, and a cold lavender towel at the end of class. Loved the heat level and all the candles throughout the studio. The instructor was friendly and welcoming and the pace of the class was challenging but accessible. Would recommend!

For me the only downsides, were that between the volume of the music and the volume of the instructor’s mic pac, it felt very loud and not as relaxing as other yoga classes I’ve been to. I also wish that the shavasana, the final resting pose, was longer to get more in that meditative space. Overall, though, a great workout out and very welcoming vibe!
