Her energy is contagious and she has a real gift for pushing you to find more in yourself than you thought you had. The classes are intense and will challenge you, but you’ll feel so good afterwards. We did a warm up, across the floor grooves, and a long dance routine. I love this studio and highly recommend to anyone who is looking to just dance and have fun with absolutely no pressure!
