Which I appreciated! One thing to share with those who’ve never taken a bar method class: it’s trés heavy on the pushups! Prepare your pec muscles in advance!

see all reviewsLindsay was a great instructor and super accommodating when I told her I was recovering from an injury. Class was still a good push even though I had to make a couple modifications. Only thing I would suggest is avoid having music that has fade-ins/outs -- it's usually not an issue but having tempo definitely helps!

Her flow led up to trying a split which was new for me, but with her instruction, I was ready to try it! I recommend trying any of Marisa’s classes. I had the best time!
