see all reviewsSuper friendly instructor and she stayed to chat with me to meet me which was really nice. The pace was great for the flow and restore class, as I was just getting back into yoga again and needed to get used to the hot room. It was seriously hot. I sweat a lot, which is great. Don’t forget to bring your own towel. Anyone new to hot yoga should know not to be afraid to take breaks when you need it. The darkened room with candles helps.. All in all, great small friendly studio in my neighborhood and I’ll be back.

see all reviewsI found the class to be very inspirational. The entire studio was warm and welcoming; I loved my experience. I highly recommend the studio because not only was there a high-level of care given to my personal practice but I found a sincere and profound connection with Shiva yoga through understanding their value of a strong sense of community. I encourage anyone to try this studio out if you are a true yoga practitioner or may be a beginner- you are welcomed here. They know what they are doing.

see all reviewsThis is very dumbbell & kettlebell focus and very light barbell focus. It’s a nice easy workout, but it’s not very challenging. Great instructor, and Gym otherwise. But wish they would do a bit more barbell work in these classes since one exercise is not enough.

see all reviewsFun dance moves and music! Also he throws in stretching and a few pushups so it’s a more balanced workout. The choreo was just challenging enough! But my sneakers were too sticky to the floor for spin moves so maybe bring shoes that could be more spin friendly lol. I just wish the class were a little longer.

see all reviewsIt is a great class for anyone who wants to find more grounding and core. Embraced by mama nature and under Alex’s guidance on the yoga sequence, I find my flow and alignment again. Alex is very knowledgeable, hands-on and has clear direction when she teaches. She makes you feel included and cared for. She also toss a little delight in the end with beautiful singing bowls made of minerals and gem stones. It’s the perfect interplay between movement and stillness. Alex radiates beautiful light in her aura and thank you for a wonderful morning sesh!
