Such a great full body workout that was easy on my joints plus hit all target areas and muscles groups: legs, arms, back, shoulders, chest, abs, obliques, you name it. The music playlist is FIRE and Maggie is AWESOME. This is one of my favorite studios on ClassPass. I keep coming back for more. I always have so much fun doing my own thing and it's a great neighborhood-friendly vibe.
