see all reviewsInstructor was well organized and intentional. Workout had a good structure and combination of punchbag work with conditioning. Facilities were super clean with lots of space, nice locker rooms (with showers) and ability to borrow gloves, towels, and fill up water.

see all reviewsTo clarify, "fundamental" class does not mean "beginner" class if you've never done kickboxing or boxing. I did several years of kickboxing for exercise which helped but with all the pair work, it was still a pretty new experience. It was a good workout though. Yes, this class was 90% men and a few women.
