For example, in a class of 10, only 4 benches were available, leading to 3 people sharing stations, which slowed the flow. (This isn’t about managing spots for ClassPass or gym members.) To improve, coaches could group participants by similar weights or establish clear rules for teamwork and station use. Better organization would make the sessions smoother and more welcoming, especially for newcomers. Thank you for the great environment overal.
