see all reviewsThis particular class felt beginner level but it’s so incredibly hot in the room, that it was honestly ok. I would prefer a degree or two cooler for temperature, with a more challenging flow BUT the instructor is kind, thorough, and gives great cues/corrections which balanced out the experience for me. I recommend Mel to anyone exploring hot yoga!

see all reviewsI haven’t worked out in a while so this was overwhelming for me to come too as a first timer. But as soon as the class started all my anxiety calmly went away and my body felt relaxed. Will definitely be coming back! Friendly staff and amazing instructors.

The class was challenging but taught at a pace that connected me to my body gently. the sound bath at the end was incredible, and the vegan dinner afterward was such a lovely moment in community.
