Jazz Funk - Open Level
see all reviewsI absolutely loved this dance class! The music, the vibes, the moves, and the routine were all so much fun, and the whole class had such an amazing, high-energy atmosphere. The teacher was incredible — their energy was contagious, and they were so knowledgeable and clear when explaining each move, which made the routine easy to follow while still keeping it fun and challenging. It’s such a high-vibe, uplifting class where you can just let loose, have fun, and leave feeling energized. I can’t wait to take another class 💕🧑🏼🩰👌🏻

see all reviewsLoved this class, really beginner friendly but with space provided to expand. Lisa managed class time amazingly, which meant lots of time to dance the choreo.

see all reviewsThe instructor that day was Mel, who was terrific! She was energetic, motivating and friendly. She arrived early and stayed after class to answer questions. She even made an effort to introduce herself and tried to remember people’s names. I would definitely recommend her classes. The class had about 8 participants (all female). The room is in the middle of the gym with glass walls so people working out at the various machines could watch you and vice versa, and aspect that not everyone may want.

see all reviewsThis Yang to Yin class and the teacher, Surin, were a wonderful discovery in the West Point Grey area. Her flow, timing and meditation were well-balanced, calming, but also provided a decent workout in the Yang component (flow) sequences. It was the best start to a Sunday I have had in ages; the perfect recovery and reset a day after moving. Highly recommend!
