I’m not sure if it was because it was my first time, but got pretty lost trying to follow the moves and keep up with whatever gear we were meant to be in. Others seemed to know what they were doing though, so maybe it comes with experience. I’ll definitely give this another try. A real sweat session

As a DJ and music connoisseur, this makes a difference while I’m pumping iron 💪 Class is super fun and accessible to all levels, he repeatedly says you’re only competing against yourself to make everyone feel motivated. He fits a lot in 45 min and I always feel very well exercised afterwards.

see all reviewsThe instructor that day was Mel, who was terrific! She was energetic, motivating and friendly. She arrived early and stayed after class to answer questions. She even made an effort to introduce herself and tried to remember people’s names. I would definitely recommend her classes. The class had about 8 participants (all female). The room is in the middle of the gym with glass walls so people working out at the various machines could watch you and vice versa, and aspect that not everyone may want.
