The exercises were well organized and Jazzmin provided good step by step instructions and alternate position options. see all reviewsThis is my favorite class I’ve been to so far out of all Pilates, yoga. It was my first barre class and it was soooo good. The best work out I’ve gotten in awhile. I’ve met a couple instructors and they were so sweet and pleasant. For me a component was feeling intimidated as a newcomer but everyone from instructors to classmates was amazing. I cant wait to return.
