She also gives multiple options during class so that everyone can decide what feels best for their body at the time. I always leave feeling connected to myself and clearer then I came in.

Drink genoeg tijdens de dag (zodat je niet naar je waterfles hoeft te grijpen tijdens), kleed je niet te warm en respecteer de yoga en teacher 🙏🏻!
