    Power Sculpt

    This was so much fun! Challenging, sweaty, and red faced fun. Seriously when did 3lb weights start feeling like 50s? 😅 The music was good too (the instructor must be in her cowgirl era). There was no beginning stretch so come having already warmed up and stretched out. There is a benefit if you frequent this class v. a drop in because she sticks with the same routine for a bit and elevates it each class.

Fine cardio workout , low impact, rowing gentle on my delicate knees, extra bonus functions as a stretching class for lots of tight muscles with some weight work included. instructor Brandon was precise in his instructions while keeping a lively, encouraging pace.     Individualized Group Fitness

    The training session was wonderful! First, Danny was extremely attentive and took time to explain, demonstrate and observe each exercise to ensure proper form. Second, the work out was dynamic and included the combination of strength, mobility, and cardio. Third, I appreciate the deep attentative to injuries. Modifications were provided with care, which honestly is far too often, not case in so many places. I’m excited to come back and would STRONGLY recommend. I think they do an excellent job providing tailored workouts to folks across the level of fitness and ability.
