    Hot bodē Sculpt

Amazing instructor and space - probably the best sculpt class I’ve ever taken in NYC. Room is the set at the right amount of heat and class is the perfect challenge!

    Heated Restorative Yoga

I always love this class. Megan is such a warm and welcoming instructor, and the temperature in the studio felt like a warm hug. The lavender towels at the end were the perfect way to end a relaxing class.

Hot Vinyasa All Levels (In Studio Class)

Loved the space! Front desk staff were friendly, and instructor was cheerful and welcoming. The clientele though, not very friendly (felt uncomfortable with these two girls next to me whispering). Lockers are gendered which makes it difficult for non-binary and trans folks to navigate the space. But the flow and sweat made up for its shortcomings.

    C2 - CorePower Yoga 2 - NYC

Great instructor and class! There were options to modify moves or make them more challenging. The temperature was 97 F which was not listed anywhere on the description, I think most classes at this location are higher temperatures but it would be helpful if that info could be provided beforehand.

Sarah was a fantastic instructor. Her sequence was challenging and very intelligent. She gave wonderful cues and the timing of everything from start to finish was great. Will absolutely be coming back to take her class.

    Some Like it Hot

Kendra is the top yoga teacher in NYC. It does feel like it can get dangerously hot in this studio though. I wish fans & open windows were used more often.
