    I absolutely loved this class. This was my first time at Harmony and also my first time doing Pilates. It was led by Hanna and she made me feel so comfortable and was an incredible instructor. All of the movements were easy to follow along and Hanna assisted when needed. This is something I actually really appreciated. Harmony has smaller classes so the instructors can pay close attention to form and when you’re new to working out this is a huge plus!

My biggest pet peeve with other spin classes is that it’s really hard to hear the instructor depending on where you’re at, with this class, you have headphones so you hear everything perfectly and can adjust your music volume Based on preference! Bri is super sweet and made it very easy to get acclimated to the studio and helped me get set up. Cannot wait for my next ride here.
