I challenge myself sometimes to push my limits and do more and this class was definitely one of the classes that boosted my fitness level. I only have one suggestion for the instructor to be in the middle so we all can see her cuz my spot was near to the door and I had to pause and look over or copy the ones close to me. However, occasionally a selfish disrespectful attendee, like today, falls asleep during the session and snores loud and ruines sound healing experience for everyone. That is what happened in today session.In my opinion, instructors should brief the attendees before the session that if they start snoring, they will wake them up. And they do so during the sound bath. because one inconsiderate person ruins everybody's experience. Sound healing is all about listening to sounds and snores are not part of sound healing.
