Y6 Slow Flow
see all reviewsI had such a great experience at YogaSix Casas Adobes on Oracle Road! Steph is an amazing instructor. Very kind, welcoming, and encouraging. The class was challenging and invigorating, yet her relaxing voice made it feel peaceful and grounding. Her cues were very clear and easy to follow, which allowed me to stay present throughout the class. If you’re looking for a welcoming yoga studio in Tucson with excellent instructors and classes that strengthen both your body and mind, I highly recommend YogaSix and Steph. I’ll definitely be back!

I did find that the yoga class can be upstairs or downstairs, so keep that in mind. The class I did was upstairs in the Pilates studio.
