see all reviewsI’ve been doing 90-minute hot yoga sessions twice a week for the past year, and this practice has become a core part of my routine. While my usual instructor is Shannon, I recently took a class with Anne Marie, and it was fantastic. I really appreciated her gentle, calming energy throughout the session. She has a great way of guiding you through the poses, making the practice feel both challenging and restorative. It’s refreshing to experience different teaching styles, and Anne Marie’s approach brought a new sense of peace to the class. Highly recommend!

see all reviewsFirst, Jeff was AMAZING! This was my first time doing Hot Yoga. He was so welcoming, explained what to expect in detail, then throughly walked and motivated us throughout the entire session. It was definitely HOT, but I wasn’t overwhelmed like I half expected to be. In fact, it was great muscle smoother and allowed me to slide into the stretches beyond my norm. Will def try it out again!
