see all reviewsI have been joining Claudia’s sessions for about a year now, all of them are adjustable to your level, fun and challenging at the same time. For the last few weeks i am joining power classes with her, if you have been 2-3 reformer classes you have nothing to be afraid of but if you are a regular like me if you challenge yourself you can feel it the next day as well (in a healthy way). I really enjoy discovering my body’s capability with these classes.

Recently I have noticed more and more cellphones in the class with people using then until the very moment the class starts and straight back on before even cleaning machines and therefore distracted and not aware of their fellow class goers . I would welcome a no phones in the classroom policy very much .

For someone who is not very familiar with machines I could see myself doing this over and over again. The only downside was that I was too tired after 2 rounds and had to run for a cup of coffee 😴☕️
