see all reviewsIt was my first time and the instructions, class and instructor were good! However, I felt like the class was very full and we were very close to each other. There were also not enough dumbbells. For instance, my only option was or too light or too heavy. Some had like 2 sets of dumbbells and two kettle bells.... I feel like it is better to manage it and kindly ask everybody to just have 1 set and if you want to change, then do it. My overall experience was fine so I would come back and I also like the music 💘

see all reviewsi really enjoyed this class, the teacher is fun and relaxed, she is knowledgable and helps everyone adjust, and she offered a lotnof variations which made it easier to tailor to different levels. i very much liked the meditation in the cocoon at the end. me and my sister were feeling a bit playful after because we relaxed so much
