I made an appointment via Class Pass Concierge 48 hrs before my desired schedule. on my appt time, I saw their selection of services and upgraded to the signature Menthol Gel Mani and Pedi (paid the difference and tipped with my card). The two ladies were efficient while having easy small talk (optional). I felt super relaxed with the combo of the mani/pedi and sitting on their massage chair. AND my holiday themed nails were exactly how I wanted 🎄❤️

I brought my own color like I always do and for some reason they were trying to talk me into getting another color, they used the same brand so im not sure what the issue was. all in all would I return here probably not. I only booked here to use the remaining credits I had.
