see all reviewsSuper fun class with plenty of sweating. It’s a high Intensity class with equipment such as skipping ropes and dumbbells. Expect to box your arms with weights and lunch with heavier weights. HIIT style so it’s 45s work and 15s break approx. some of the moves were complex so will take a little to get coordinated but most moves repeated 3 times to get the hang of it.

The class can be cardio intensive and also involves toning movements, and there's a really good mix of music/dance moves. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to jump around, dance and have some fun. You don't have to be coordinated, but you eventually BECOME more coordinated because of Jungle Body :) Thanks girls, love what you do!

Everyone else seemed to have a grand time too! Highly recommend this place for a good cardio workout.
