Instead of a flow we mixed it up today and did 1 minute long holds of yoga poses like chair pose and half moon. We had a Pilates section and used our body weight - it was challenging but not TOO challenging. We had a nice long cool down and stretch section too :)

I’ve felt great all day since. The Temple is a BEAUTIFUL space. You can tell that every design detail was considered with yogis in mind. Has quickly become one of my favorite spaces for yoga.
