The teacher is kind, motivating, and non-judgmental. Cute space. Recommend this studio for anyone wanting to take a good Pilates class, but recommend this particular intermediate class if you want to expand your practice.

Wasn’t a super intense workout, but still felt like time was spent on all the areas and it was challenging enough that muscles will be sore tomorrow . Very comfortable atmosphere, and I liked that!
