Kickboxing Combos
see all reviewsVery sleek space and pretty well rounded class. Definitely going to leave drenched if you go at the recommended intensity. They use a bag they designed for Muay Thai which is much softer so you can throw very hard kicks and punches without hurting your joints, which allows you to go much harder than a normal boxing class as a beginner.
Hit House is a Muay Thai influenced fitness studio located on the corner of Spring…Box Group (All Levels)
see all reviewsSteven is an observant coach, he knows what he's doing and more over sees what you're doing wrong and pushes you to correct it. Sometimes you get trainers that aren't receptive to the fitness of the student or sometimes coaches can be too laxed; I prefer Steven because his training feels balanced and informed.
