    Kickboxing Combos

Very sleek space and pretty well rounded class. Definitely going to leave drenched if you go at the recommended intensity. They use a bag they designed for Muay Thai which is much softer so you can throw very hard kicks and punches without hurting your joints, which allows you to go much harder than a normal boxing class as a beginner.

    Box Group (All Levels)

Steven is an observant coach, he knows what he's doing and more over sees what you're doing wrong and pushes you to correct it. Sometimes you get trainers that aren't receptive to the fitness of the student or sometimes coaches can be too laxed; I prefer Steven because his training feels balanced and informed.

    Joanne's Boxing

Joanne was really great, it was my first time trying boxing and she took the time to run me through the basics (multiple times!) and make sure my form was correct. The studio also has a bunch of cool art. And I didn’t have gloves but could borrow some so it’s low gear to try out. A serious fully body workout, will be back!
