REFORMER FOUNDATIONS (Earth Studio)
see all reviewsThe class is good for beginners and those who want to take things slow as the movements are simple to follow, slower, and more controlled. The instructor also was deliberate in checking in on me due to my back injury.

see all reviewsThis is my second time attending this class and I forgotten how difficult the class is. The people who attended the class are 90% advance. if you’re not familiar with some of the advance poses, please think twice before booking! Although the teacher gave options, I feel like an awkward ball unable to do some of the poses. Otherwise I think the class generally love the teacher. It’s just not for me unfortunately :(

see all reviewsBefore signing up for this class, I was reading a mixed review of the instructor, Ashley. However, after attending Ashley's stretch and sound healing class, I would like to give her five 🌟 As it there will be a sound healing segment, she politely reminded me to keep my phone in the locker and not leave it on the floor. When class started, she was clear with instructions and gave us options for poses. She tried to lighten the atmosphere by cracking jokes. Honestly, I would recommend her class if you like an instructor who is firm but experienced and knows what she is talking about. Thank you, Ashley 😍
