She brought us through a flow sequence that was well paced and suited everyone in the class, giving us different options depending on our level of comfort. Also appreciated that she was very sweet, encouraging and addressed each of us by our names.

see all reviewsDefinitely a strong workout, not for beginners. Think Pilates HIIT style but to great music and low impact. Instructor paced the class well and instructions were clear, even then for some it may take a while to catch up. Hope to be back for more!
