His class pacing was good and he really could breakdown movements very well into something I could visualise. Also he was encouraging and down-to-earth, checking in on me between sections so I could go at a tempo I was comfortable at whilst still pushing myself. A very legit, non-intimidating place to learn Muay Thai.

As someone who isn’t well-versed with Kundalini Yoga, I still found the sessions manageable and slightly challenging but in the good way as it pushes for me to be more present and attentive to my body). There was also plenty of moments of rest and quietude, and we did many of the movements with close eyes which helped to suspend judgement - all of these I appreciated and enjoyed very much.
