After it done, I can’t really accept my lip. But she explains that is normal and it need process for healing. Now I feel my lip much better than when it just done. Reception was insisting customer needs to receive a call first for the booking to be confirmed (not stated anywhere), only to find out my appointment is in the system already (hence the instant book?). ClassPass needs to coordinate this with Browhaus coz maybe not everyone was briefed and they were confusing the rules with other group buy apps. Overall was a good use of my CP credits!
