Instructor was also really nice and introduced herself to us before starting class and even corrected us with our names which seems like basic curtesy, but babes the bar is in hell. The front desk was also really nice and introduced the space and facilities to us. Workout wise; workout was so tough that my friend and I almost blacked out towards the end, and the floor was filled with our sweat. But the next day our body felt good. The instructor also gave good and simple corrections which made us engage the correct body parts.
