Desmond's class is truly for everyone🫰; his class is challenging enough for advanced riders and friendly enough for newcomers because he always gives options. (He always reminds the newcomers the option to remain in the saddle and practice riding with the beat.) His playlist is also very listener friendly and great for spinning~! He really puts in the effort curating the songs for spinning. His cues are absolutely on point.💯 And he's super nice to newcomers, always ready to help them set up their bikes or give them tips. (Do remember to arrive 15 min earlier to change into spin shoes and allocate time for bike setups.) Studio door usually opens 10 min before class so there's plenty of time for bike setup. Anyway, today's class is at 4.45pm and I don't know what got into me today, the studio door has opened but I was still chilling at the outside table, still thinking it's a 5pm class~! Guess I was dreaming 😂 LOL. I rushed in 2 min before class started after I heard Desmond calling people in.. By the way, the staff are so sweet~ they are always looking out for people who need help with bike setups. Anyway, if you haven't attended Desmond's class, you should try it because his classes are always such a joy to attend! And if you have attended his classes, you already know how awesome they are!🔥♥️🚴

When the room is dark, following others is tough because they might be looking around too. Also, people with astigmatism may have trouble seeing clearly. The workouts are still fun though! 👍

His energy is infectious. His playlist so~ thoughtfully curated that it's always awesome beyond words. His moves are superb. He is warm, genuine, funny and he gives little nuggets of life advice. Yes, his choreo can be fast and a little complicated but he is setting the standard of how an absolutely awesome spin class should be. And if you're a beginner don't be afraid, just join Darren's class. He's super nice to beginners and he always give options. And the R10T spin studio has the most beautiful lights and special effects.. I'm telling you it's such a bonus treat. Staff are friendly too. What's not to love? ❤️

Today was a theme ride with playlist featuring artists that are performing/ have performed at the Singapore F1s. There was one nostaglic song from Westlife which I really love. Desmond curates the best songs for spinning of course~ (Important tip: If you need help setting up the bike, please come at least 15 min early to check in and change into spin shoes as one of the lovely things about Revolution studios is that the instructors usually open the door 10 minutes before class. Please do not be late even a second as you will be denied entry~!) Love the staff as they are approachable and always ready to help out! ♥

She paces the class really well, always with a good warm up, then into a quick run, followed by some climbs and then some more runs and she ends with a very good stretch. If you’ve never clipped in on a bike before, I’ll highly recommend Simin’s classes for that safe space ;) and if you’re an advanced rider, you’re guaranteed a good push and fun choreo and great beats to ride along to.

This one was very well sequenced and everything made sense from the warmup postures to the strength drills and they definitely helped with achieving the final pose. The peak pose was crow & firefly + combinations of/ transitions between these 2. I can already can do titthibasana somewhat decently but I still got some really good pointers and tips to improve my form and even be able to play around with transitions. Great sweat sesh too!

If you're new to fitness, the coaches will guide you and correct your form or provide you with a regression if you struggle with the exercises. For first timers to BFT, best advice is to arrive at least 5 mins before class so that the coaches on duty can register and check you in for the class. Pay attention and listen to the format and demonstration of the exercises - the format of the classes differs everyday so listen carefully and attentively otherwise you'll be confused and lost during class. Overall I had a good time and experience at BFT Orchard - will definitely visit again!!
