Seeing that I was a newbie, she welcomed me, asked for my name and about my background, gave a short introduction to what the class entails and had great energy throughout class. She was encouraging and clear, and demonstrated the exercises repeatedly so that we can remember it once the music played. Even after class Shean approached me, asked more about me and suggested other class types for my level. She also spoke to her regulars often and encouraged us by name when we were struggling. Appreciate the personal engagement she brought to class.

She’s incredibly talented, passionate, patient, and attentive, with a strong emphasis on detail and technique. I rly like it that they never ask to video what we learn fr that day, as it is rly stressful for beginners.
