see all reviews30 minute sauna was a success, nice and hot, got a good sweat in. There is no staff to check you in, it’s all self service and the place could use a cleaning. But overall, coming for a sauna was easy.

see all reviewsKay was warm and welcoming. She showed me the space and where to shower post sweat session, restroom, and the cooling room for post session. The sauna itself was so nice and relaxing. The mineral shower was refreshing post sweat, and the cooling room had sugar sand which reminded me of Ft. Meyers, FL. They also left some tea and a mandarin orange to help replenish after sweating. Will definitely come back again.

see all reviewsTruly fabulous. The compression really lifted my mood and i feel a lot more relaxed. Would highly recommend as a restorative rest. Bonus if you can just meditate to music. Also Avi was so nice and a super kind person.

see all reviewsAn AMAZING experience!!! Very friendly and clean and the atmosphere is tranquil. I had some back and knee pain and she put pressure with the massage which made it feel better. The medical massage is a lot of pressure so it may not be for everyone but it was worth it for me. I am very happy and satisfied with the service.

see all reviewsThis place is a little oasis in the city. So cozy and relaxing. I did a mechanical lymphatic drainage and Ioved it. After they set me up in the device they put some headsets (with disposable covers) on my ears to listen to calm music and I was there for 60 minutes. The device has the perfect amount of pressure, and in the right places (feet, legs, belly/back and arms). Afterwards they offered tea and an orange (complimentary) in a quiet room where I spent some extra minutes winding down even more.

see all reviewsHad a really relaxing time. Kat helped to explain how everything works, gave me a nice tour and helped me fill out paperwork. I enjoyed the before shot and after tea with an orange. Overall a nice time. I will definitely return for the same infrared sauna sessions. They were spacious and all setup for me. I liked the cold refreshing towel after and the fact that we can pick a refreshing scent.

see all reviewsIt’s weird. without gravity, your bones, muscles, joints, feel entirely different. it’s a completely unique experience that’s hard to describe. definitely worth trying yourself. They provided everything, explained the process, and allowed your phone to be hooked up so you could listen to music (I could hear the electricity so i opted for music) It was a cool experience, but definitely be aware that the first half might be a bit uncomfortable until you settle into it. Would like to go back at some point

see all reviewsSauna pod is great, but they did not set up the system correctly so it was off the first 5 minutes I was in it. When I went back out to the front desk for help they helped me turn it on but cut my session 10 minutes short to 35 minutes instead of the full 45. Otherwise, great.
