She was so welcoming, cued very well and always provided modifications making it fun for people at any level. The room was a PERFECT temp for a heated class.     RHYTHM SCULPT & BREATHWORK

    This was my first experience with this specific class. I found the class to be enjoyable, and the teacher's energy was impressive. The staff recognized me from previous visits, although I had not attended in some time, and not for this particular class. The workout was challenging and induced sweating, yet it also felt refreshing. The music played by the instructor was highly effective in motivating the group. For those new to the class, I recommend feeling at ease, as everyone is welcoming. So far, I have not had trouble finding parking, but it is crucial to arrive promptly to get settled. I will definitely return.

    Matt is my favorite instructor at Platefit. I will endeavor through AM traffic to get to Brentwood for his classes. My drive is 52-58 min for this 27 min class. You may think ohh crazy, but I’m pointing it out because it’s that good. Plus the lymphatic drainage and mood that you’re in for the rest of the day is worth it. FYI: TRX class is a modification to what I expected but it still whopped my a$$. Playlist is fire and he’s very experienced and quick to scan the room to check for form. The minor hands-on adjustments are always respectful and they make a big difference! I don’t know why I start laughing when my muscles get to failure but at least it’s a fun time while I’m suffering. Many of the attendees are regulars or, like me, have booked through CP and keep coming back to it. Cherry on top: parking is validated for 75 minutes.
