The instructor incorporates a lot of moves that most sculpt classes in town dont incorporate. Its been a challenge to find a studio that isnt like every other studio with the same movements and flows. Im super excited to try out more classes!

This is a really great class if you’re looking for a jolt to get back into things! You can take it the weight and speed that you need to in order to get it done, and not hurt yourself. Jonah was a really great instructor, and I appreciate the form corrections!
