She definitely pushes us to work hard—sometimes the repetitions and pulses feel endless 😭 My only minor feedback is that class occasionally starts a little late, especially when accommodating late arrivals or beginners. However, she always makes up the time so we still get the full 45-minute workout. Overall, she’s an encouraging instructor who delivers a tough, effective, and engaging class!

see all reviewsIt was fun and energetic. There is a variation of music genres. Wish instructor had a Mike because it helps to hear the steps as she calls them out. She uses more hand motions to signal the steps . That Works for those in the front but not for those in the back. I would say this class is a little chaotic but it’s fun! You will definitely burn some calories. Stretch before class and wear comfortable shoes.
