But the instructor did a great job showing the foot and arm choreo. Very helpful Usually she checks the temperature of the class and she did today. She had us watch her, practice his choreo, and went slow until we got it :)

see all reviewsAmazing technique workout; afterwards I was exhausted but happy. I would advise absolute beginners to first contact the studio and see which classes would be more suitable for brand-new beginners. Glad I found the studio through Classpass; everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming.
