If you’re looking for a studio with classes that are as challenging as they are fun…Flow and Restore
see all reviewsNourishing class just what I needed. The instructor had grounding energy. The studio was warm enough to stretch safely and relax (not as hot as sweating in vinyasa), perfect temp for a gentle Friday night flow. I'm a fan!

see all reviewsDayani was such a warm, welcoming and knowledgeable instructor. She greeted us at the door, explained the details of kundalini well, and created an awesome sequence. Loved her playlist too! Afterwards, she offered tea for anyone interested and we had a lovely time chatting and getting to know others. I am definitely coming again to her class! 100% would recommend.

see all reviewsI love this class and studio but they really need to air it out a little in between classes, or at least open the front door for 5 minutes. Sometimes the air is so moist and thick you can taste the sweat of others which is kind of gnarly, especially if it's the last class of the day (which I like to attend because it works best for my schedule). I realize it's a hot yoga place and that presents certain challenges, but I go to many other hot studios in the city that don't have this same issue. Aside from that issue, I love the studio and all of the teachers I've had.

see all reviewsThe studio and class were so awesome and down to earth! It was my first time at this studio - employees were super friendly, the class was challenging but accessible, and the studio space was really fun. Loved the cool disco vibe and that even though the class was heated there was good airflow and fans. Will definitely be back whenever I’m in town!

see all reviewsAbigail is the sweetest teacher and her classes are very grounding! Her voice and demeanor is very relaxing while her transitions and poses are spot on. She seems very observant with everyone in the room and seems to gear the poses based on what she sees in the class vs a super rigid flow. I love flowing, being playful, stretching and clearing my mind with Abigail!!

see all reviewsThis was a phenomenal first time at Yoga Mayu! I deeply resonated with Cassidy's amazing guidance throughout this session. I loved how invitational and engaging Cassidy's style is! We were free to listen to our bodies and become fully attuned to their needs and modify the poses how we saw fit. The cathartic embodiment I felt left me feeling lighter, more refreshed, and grounded after the session. Thank you so much for everything!!

see all reviewsLove Jane! She is a guru for pre and post natal yoga! She always offers to help hold your baby if you need help. You place your baby on a blanket in front of your mat. Usually the babies like to lay down or do tummy time. Understandably they get tired or fussy and there is no judgment on taking a break to feed the baby or cuddle them. All the poses are cater to Post delivery mamas. Focusing a lot on the pelvic floor. This is not at all an intense class. This is definitely all restorative. The class is a great way to meet other mamas who are in the same journey as you. The last 15 minutes of class are dedicated to baby yoga. Jane leads adorable songs that will help you bond with your baby by stretching their arms and legs.
